They are now looking to hire their first Creative Producer. You will be bringing creative ideas to life across photography, film, events, activations, and packaging. Be a support for the Design team in managing and delivering briefs and projects. This includes storytelling content, special projects, in-person events, internal communications, and marketing campaigns.

The role:

Production:

• Take full ownership of the Creative Studio’s production processes:

o Establish and communicate critical paths to key stakeholders, creating and regularly updating planning documents.

o Assist in briefing creative partners like designers, architects, writers, photographers, and agencies, setting clear expectations and deliverables.

o Plan and coordinate photo and film shoots, including booking photographers, props, stylists, and venues. Manage the entire pre-production phase, compile shot lists, organize meetings, and ensure smooth execution on the day of the shoot.

o Manage the planning and execution of brand events, partnerships, and activations, whether independently or with external partners.

o Build and maintain a network of creative contributors, agencies, and industry experts.

o Oversee deadlines and deliverables with external contributors to ensure timely content delivery.

• Manage an annual production budget, track costs, manage overspend, and handle invoicing and payments for external partners.

• Ensure all creative content and assets are well-organized and properly archived.

• Work closely with the Design Team, helping them manage their status spreadsheet, track overall projects, and assist with freelance design talent when necessary.

• Serve as the main point of contact for team members regarding the status of creative projects.

About you:

• Experience in a similar role within a brand or creative agency.

• Experience in food, FMCG, retail, or hospitality is a plus, but a passion for food will take you far in this role (we can also confirm the food is DELICIOUS)

• Confident in building strong relationships internally and externally to ensure the best possible outcomes.

• Highly organized and thorough, with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
