Jnr/Mid 3D Motion Designer

Lusion is an award winning creative studio specialising crafting interactive digital storytelling experiences. Our projects range from crafting visuals, website build projects, in-house projects, concept creations and physical experiences in AR and VR with brands such as Porsche, Meta, Google, Coca-Cola EP etc.

Role Description:

As a Junior/Midweight 3D Motion Designer at Lusion, you'll be an essential part of our creative team, bringing dynamic 3D animations and motion graphics to life. Working alongside talented artists and developers, you'll transform ideas into immersive visual experiences that captivate our clients and audiences.

Your responsibilities:

• Collaborate with creative and production teams to brainstorm and execute innovative 3D motion concepts.
• Develop storyboards, pitch decks, and visual presentations that effectively communicate design ideas.
• Create high-quality 3D motion graphics, animations, lookdev, and visual effects for digital campaigns, interactive installations, and more.
• Work with industry-standard tools such as Houdini, Cinema 4D, and Blender to build and animate 3D assets.
• Render using engines like Redshift, Eevee, Cycle, or UE5 to achieve visually stunning results.
• Maintain consistency in brand aesthetics while pushing creative boundaries.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in 3D motion design and digital animation.
• Participate in client meetings, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback into your work.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years agency experience in a similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D motion design, lookdev and animation projects.
• Proficiency in Houdini, Cinema 4D, or Blender.
• Experience with rendering tools such as Redshift, Eevee, Cycle or UE5.
• Solid skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for innovative design.
• Great communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Onsite: This role is based in Bristol, UK and requires working onsite with our team.
