The Role

This is a freelance position suited to someone with a flair for content creation, a keen eye for design and detail, and a strong understanding of how to build brand presence and engagement through social channels. You’ll work closely with our creative and management teams to plan, create, and manage engaging content that reflects our brand and showcases our work.

While the role is primarily remote, we’d love someone who is able to pop into our Hackney studio from time to time to align with the team or gather content.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create and schedule engaging posts for LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Develop content ideas that reflect the brand and support our marketing strategy
  • Manage day-to-day posting, including writing captions and sourcing/creating visuals
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and help grow our audience
  • Track and report on engagement, reach, and content performance
  • Collaborate with our designers and copywriters when needed

Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years managing social media accounts in a professional or agency setting
  • Proven experience growing and engaging audiences on LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Confident working independently and taking initiative
  • Organised, reliable, and deadline-driven
  • An interest in design, space, architecture, or the built environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
  • Ability to shoot/edit short-form content (Reels, Stories, etc.)
  • Experience in B2B or property-related sectors is a bonus, but not essential
