Senior Designer (London - Hybrid)
Job Description
Threepipe Reply, an integrated creative and media agency, is seeking a talented Senior Designer to join our team.
This role will be based in London Victoria 3 days a week, with 2 days a week remote working. Creative clients range from tech giants, engine oil manufacturers, sports, retailers, beauty, energy, banking and beyond, with clients including Gulf Oil International, Panasonic, McLaren Automotive, Vodafone, Quality Spirits International and Unicorn Darts.
Role Overview: As a Senior Designer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the creative output of the agency. We are seeking an all-rounder with proven experience in the creative industry, ready to take the lead on several high-profile clients. Your strong background in design and excellent attention to detail will be instrumental in executing campaigns, branding, and roll-out across multiple channels. This role often involves working on complex briefs within tight time frames, requiring a hands-on, motivated, and collaborative approach.
You’ll need to:
- Have a minimum of 7 years of design experience, ideally working within a leading design/branding agency, or acting as a senior creative on high-profile client work
- Have experience designing across campaign, branding, digital and video production
- Take a lead role in developing and delivering concepts, coming up with ideas and helping junior staff to execute these
- Have experience directing photoshoots and film shoots – including storyboarding and ideation.
- Be able to take design through from concept to presentation and final delivery
- Help keep Junior Designers / Animators on track and engaged, inspiring them to think differently, push boundaries creatively and meet our high standards
- Work collaboratively with other senior team members – leaving any egos at the door
- Present your work confidently to internal teams and clients, gaining buy-in for your ideas.
- Be an expert in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Be able to think outside the box and innovate with creative
- Have excellent communication and organisation skills, with a can-do attitude
- Illustration or photography experience would be beneficial
