Midweight Brand Designer
Job Description
We’re looking to add a passionate and curious midweight to the team. It’s the ideal role for a junior hungry to develop or a midweight looking for a new challenge. A dabbler in different disciplines and tools with a willingness to play in new spaces and strives for creative excellence. Someone who loves getting into the detail of design, developing visual narratives, and contributing fresh ideas to projects.
You’ll work with an experienced senior team who will offer mentorship and support while you work across a range of clients, briefs and project stages. We’re keen to speak to someone interested in all stages of branding from winning clients to crafting details. Being part of a small team gives you access to everyone and a window into everyone’s roles and projects.

What success looks like in this role:

Your experience:
- 2-3 years of experience (must include branding) and looking to take it to the next level.
- An all-round portfolio showing curiosity, confidence and visual narrative skills across brand projects.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with some experience presenting work or contributing to client discussions.
- Excellence across Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and some experience in motion design.
