Job Description

The Role.

We’re on the lookout for a London-based Senior Strategist with 5 years experience. A dynamic thinker who brings both cultural relevance and commercial impact to the forefront. We’re looking for someone to deepen our strategic capabilities and help us build relevance and impact for the brands we craft. Our Senior Strategist is essential in shaping the brands we create, guaranteeing that they resonate within culture and provide measurable business value.

Working location - London

We’ve embraced hybrid working and are pleased to offer our team the opportunity to work flexibly from home on Mondays and Fridays.

We come together in our studio 3 days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Who you are.

You're someone who drives real change for clients, shaping an ambitious vision that brings brands alive in culture while delivering tangible value to businesses. A creative and methodical strategic thinker who balances cultural and commercial insight. You'll be our clients' trusted guide and a leading figure within our projects, always looking for fresh ideas to bring our client's brands to life across every touchpoint. A creative partner to our internal teams, leading force behind our client projects and ensuring every brand we shape has a meaningful presence in the world.

Who we are.

DixonBaxi is a group of people who make beautiful, original brands that change the world for the better. We’re fuelled by creativity and reject convention. We are trusted by some of the world’s most interesting companies, including Max, ITV, Hulu, TNT, Samsung, Audible, AT&T, British Land, IMAX, Konami, Eurosport, Netflix and AC Milan. Brands that seek to be brave and challenge convention.

We partner with brands and in-house creative teams across the world from our London studio. We seek revolution rather than evolution and embrace change to remain fiercely original.

Great design is born of difference; we constantly seek new perspectives and identities to build our team. We’re a vibrant, eclectic, open group of people from California, Lagos, New Zealand and everywhere in between, which makes for a rich environment full of ideas.

What we believe.

DixonBaxi is a place of growth. A positive and diverse culture makes us all do great things. The creative studio atmosphere allows everyone to develop new skills, try new things and never settle. We are open-minded and adapt to new ways of working or thinking constantly. We foster access, opportunity and success for everyone.

We care about the team and always look for new ways of working and supporting each other. Our 4.5-day week is a good example, and Friday lunches - the weekly thank you!

Our benefits include Mental Health Support, gym membership discounts and a cycle-to-work scheme. We encourage travel overseas to meet our clients and embrace the opportunity to do things together (like our trips to Copenhagen and Barcelona).

For the fun stuff, we come together every Wednesday to celebrate projects, birthdays, and workiversaries. Each person has the opportunity to shout out thanks to other team members.

What you do.

These are just some skills we would expect a Senior Strategist to have. We know brilliance comes in many forms, and our minds are always open.

  • You’re confident engaging with clients and leading workshops, interviews, and presentations that inspire and inform.
  • A true team player, you engage effectively with creatives and producers, fostering an environment of seamless collaboration.

  • Comfortable operating at a high level, client-facing, project-driven, and occasionally involves internal initiatives, as well as working with our growth team to secure new business.
  • You are well-versed in data and research, skilled at distilling complex reports from clients, while also bringing new thinking from unexpected sources.
