Project Manager

We are seeking a junior or mid-level project manager to join our small digital branding agency based in London. At Bunker Creative, we aim to create exceptional brand experiences both online and offline for our clients, working across various industries to keep the studio dynamic and engaging.

The Role:

As a Junior to Mid-level Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing the delivery of digital branding and marketing projects. You’ll work closely with our creative team, developers, and clients to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with project management experience who is eager to grow within a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination: Create detailed project plans, set timelines, and manage resources for a range of digital branding / creative projects.

Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, updating on project progress, and ensuring their vision is fully realised.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including designers, developers, and strategists, to ensure smooth project delivery. Filling in workflow for the design team will also be part of this remit.

Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and costs, ensuring that projects remain profitable and within agreed financial parameters.

Quality Control: Review and oversee the quality of work delivered, ensuring all outputs meet the client’s and agency’s high standards.

Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and issues, implementing solutions to keep the project on track.

Reporting: Regularly report on project status to senior management, ensuring transparency on progress, roadblocks, and successes.

Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of best practices and efficient processes for project management within the agency.

Skills & Experience Required:

1-3 years of project management experience, ideally in a digital agency or creative environment.

Good understanding of digital marketing, branding, and web design processes.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.

Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with experience managing client relationships.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across departments.

Experience with project management tools (e.g. Trello, Asana, or similar).

Comfortable managing budgets and timelines, with a focus on delivering within scope.

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Desirable:

Experience working on branding projects.

Familiarity with web development processes and terminology.

A passion for digital innovation and creativity.
