3D Motion Designer
Job Description
We are looking for a designer with at least 3 years of experience to join our team in London. Working with clients like Channel 4, Coca-Cola, Google, IBM and Ralph Lauren, we're looking for someone at the top of their game regarding creative thinking, technical knowledge, and driving the quality of our studio's output.
This is an important role within our design team, demanding a good understanding and experience in delivering projects directly to clients and via agencies. We are looking for someone who brings energy, technical expertise, problem-solving acumen, and a portfolio that showcases these qualities. Meticulous attention to detail, both creatively and technically, is crucial.
We need someone with a fantastic body of work, a hands-on approach and excellent communication skills. You'll be process-driven, excited by exploring new techniques and take responsibility in your stride. You can take direction and respect project briefs whilst bringing an edge of your own to the work. Alongside commercial work, R&D is a core part of our practice, so you'll also have the drive to try ideas and push yourself and our projects out of the norm.
From a technical point of view, we expect an excellent technical and creative knowledge of Cinema4D and Redshift, alongside Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace applications. Working knowledge of Houdini and Unreal Engine is a big plus, too.
This full-time role requires you to be in our London office three days a week minimum (every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday). We're entirely open to your background and experience and look forward to seeing and hearing about your story so far.
