We’re looking for a talented and highly creative motion designer, with at least 3 years + industry experience, with the raw talent to grow within our exciting tight knit L&L family. We’re looking for someone with challenging ideas who really wants to push boundaries and get their work out there.

You’ll work alongside the creative directors and the rest of the design team. You’ll collaborate on exciting projects to generate animation, video and motion-based design across our suite of global clients and have a passionate, proactive approach to producing new and exciting creative. You’ll need to show a natural ability to create distinct and outstanding motion assets. Your main role will focus on producing a range of digital video content with brand storytelling at the heart. On top of that, you’re a self-starter and excellent communicator.

Experience & knowledge

  • At least 3 years + industry experience
  • To be able to build meaningful work from strong core concepts that can be sewn into the fabric of the brand
  • Design solutions should exist for a compelling reason and align perfectly with the brief
  • Strong idea generation skills
  • Have a strong graphic design ability, branding experience would be a big bonus
  • Confidently communicate your ideas verbally/visually to us and our clients
  • Red hot at After Effects/Illustrator/Photoshop/Figma
  • Adaptive illustration skills
  • Premiere Pro and Video Editing a bonus
  • A solid understanding of AI tools
  • Good organisational skills and be able to work towards deadlines
  • Strong UI/UX skills
  • Skills with sound mixing and sound design
  • Evidence of dynamic animated typography.
  • To not be siloed, happy to help out with branding and web too!
