Our client a leading hospitality business is seeking a senior designer to join their marketing team. This is an entrepreneurial, exciting hospitality business with big plans! You’ll be joining a small but perfectly formed marketing team based in central London.

The Opportunity

This business works across a wide variety of brands in the F&B space. As sole in-house graphic designer you will have a diverse and exciting role supporting multiple brands across their communications and development. Projects will range from campaigns and brand identity through to packaging, experiential and event design.

We are looking for someone who can develop and evolve ideas and concepts to deliver excellently crafted creative solutions and communications. You’ll relish the opportunity to work within a small team where there is a lot of scope and autonomy.

The role would suit an all-rounder who embraces a multi-disciplinary challenge. You should be confident in owning and leading projects, and able to present and liaise with clients and suppliers. Organisational skills, from timekeeping, planning, and delegation where necessary are also key skills requirements.

The Ideal Candidate

- At least 5 + yrs commercial experience, ideally within the hospitality or F&B/retail sector.

- Qualification in graphic design or similar.

- Excellent skills in In-Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

- Experience leading brand, campaign, and experiential projects.

- The ability to develop and evolve outstanding ideas and concepts into excellently crafted creative solutions and communications.

- A passion for all things design and a conceptual approach. The ability to kick off a project and an eagerness to share ideas and think outside the box.

- Experience managing multiple projects and tricky deadlines.

- Animation and illustration skills desirable.

- Experience working in a fast-moving environment.

- An energised, positive attitude – happy to get stuck in!
