As we continue to grow and take on more projects, we are seeking a versatile and driven individual to fill the key role of Project Manager / Studio Manager, to help manage studio schedule traffic as well as the day-to-day running of the studio.

Job Overview:

The Project / Studio Manager will be responsible for supporting to oversee and coordinate all aspects of project delivery while also managing the day-to-day operations of our creative studio. This role requires a confident communicator with excellent organisational abilities, and a keen eye for detail to keep projects on track and the studio running smoothly. The successful candidate will grow into the role and become the central point of contact for both internal teams and external clients, ensuring open communication and a seamless workflow.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of design projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to establish project timelines, resource allocation, and task assignments to meet project objectives and deadlines.
  • Proactively identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate these to relevant stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive working environment, facilitating communication between different departments and team members to ensure effective project execution.
  • Continuously monitor project progress, track milestones, and produce regular status reports for both the team and clients.

Studio Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring it runs efficiently and productively.
  • Manage studio resources, including equipment, software, and supplies, and coordinate repairs or upgrades as needed.
  • Develop and implement efficient studio workflows and processes to optimize team productivity and creativity.
  • Support on administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and procurement to support the smooth functioning of the studio.
  • Contribute to the fostering of a positive and collaborative studio culture, promoting teamwork, innovation, and a shared commitment to excellence.
