The Role:

As our business continues to grow, we’re excited to welcome a talented and creative brand and digital designer to our team. This is an opportunity to craft exceptional digital experiences for an impressive and diverse client portfolio of global brands.

We’re looking for an ambitious designer with a proven track record in UI, UX, and brand design, ideally with experience designing for large or global B2B corporations and professional services firms. Your expertise will help elevate our projects, blending creativity and strategy to deliver impactful results.

You’ll work in a collaborative, ideas-driven environment alongside skilled creatives, developers, strategists, and a lovely team of project managers. Together, we tackle a broad range of projects that will challenge and develop your brand and digital design skills, enabling you to create exceptional work that inspires both clients and colleagues.

As a confident and proactive senior team member, you’ll balance driving your own projects forward with contributing to the team’s collective success. You’ll champion ideas, advocate for your work, and play a vital role in inspiring those around you.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and create inspiring digital communications, including responsive websites, campaign creative, and brand-focused design solutions that elevate client identity and positioning.
  • Develop and produce user-focused design solutions in collaboration with the strategy team, ensuring all work aligns with client and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and developers to maintain design integrity and alignment, while addressing technical constraints.
  • Support, mentor, and inspire more junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and growth.
  • Confidently present work to clients and peers, articulating design rationale and addressing technical aspects with clarity.
  • Pitch ideas and lead client workshops, showcasing your ability to engage stakeholders and align creative visions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong commercial acumen, to successfully deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
  • Contribute to R&D experiments, team insights, and thought leadership through participation in Tinnovation sessions and other agency initiatives.
  • Confidently defend your design decisions when challenged, demonstrating expertise and strategic thinking to address client and internal feedback.
  • Stay at the forefront of design trends, tools, and industry standards, providing best practice advice to colleagues and clients.
  • Actively contribute to team initiatives, including new business development and foster a culture of collaboration and success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, Sketch, and foundational HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • Proven ability to create cohesive and impactful brand identities across digital and print mediums, ideally in a B2B space.
  • Strong UI and UX design skills, including user flows, user journeys, typography, and layout design to deliver intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment or in-house with global B2B and professional services brands.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all work meets creative, commercial, and technical standards.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and lead client discussions confidently.
  • Proactive and innovative, tackling design challenges with strategic, forward-thinking, digital solutions.

Starting Salary:

Circa £50-60k dependent on experience.

Please note that the earliest start date for this position is 3rd February 2025.
