The position
We are looking for creative and self-motivated Wayfinding Designer to join our growing business in our London Studio. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fun, engaging environment with a friendly and dynamic team where you will be involved in a variety of national and international projects.
This role would suit someone with 3–5 years’ experience within the design industry, ideally with experience in wayfinding and/or environmental graphics but you may have a background in typography, editorial design, or service-design thinking.
The principal responsibilities of this position will involve
• The ability to conduct relevant research to support project deliverables and objectives and present your findings clearly and logically
• Application of these core strategies across wayfinding and signage schemes
• Conceptual design and development of graphic wayfinding and information systems
• Taking designs through development and into specification
• Creation of wayfinding scheduling documentation and design intent packs
• Collaboration with other disciplines to coordinate the design elements into the built environment.
• The ability to take on a project ownership role, collaborating with wider teams, holding client relationships and taking your design from concept through to delivery
