You:

You have worked at some of the UK’s best design studios and have a portfolio of exceptionally crafted, intelligent projects. You’ll lead your own projects, liaise with clients and bring an infectious sense of energy and drive to the work.

You’ll demonstrate strong conceptual thinking and have the ability to deliver exceptionally crafted work to brings your ideas to life. You will have great presentation skills and will be comfortable discussing your work with the studio and clients. An added bonus would be some experience in motion graphics (After Effects / Premiere).

You’ll work on a wide variety of projects ranging from brand identity, advertising campaigns, photoshoots and packaging design through to digital projects for web & apps and everything in between.

You’ll be expected to get involved with workshops, reviews and critiques. We’d expect you to be able to see a project from beginning to end, taking and implementing feedback from clients and helping to steer them towards suitable design solutions.

You’ll be deeply passionate about the design industry and pro-active in helping to build the reputation of Conductor. You’ll be happy to manage and mentor junior designers and actively contribute to the studio culture. Your positive attitude and team mentality will ensure our high standards are maintained.

The Details:

You’ll be working from our Central London studio and work closely with the co-founders and project manager.

We start at 9.30am and finish at 6pm. You will receive 22 days holiday a year plus bank holidays. We also shut the studio between Christmas and New Year.

The Package:

• Competitive salary - £45,000 – £50,000
• 2 performance reviews per year with an annual salary review
• 22 days holiday + Christmas studio closure (up to 5 days)
