Job Description

We’re looking for an upper-middleweight or senior-level digital designer with experience in both web and product. Someone with exceptional craft, but also the confidence to suggest ideas and help push their brand identity work by considering digital from the very start. Solid experience in the early phases of a digital project —e.g. research, UX workshops, etc.— would be a bonus.

Our client is one of the most recognisable branding agencies in London, with locations globally, and a dedicated digital department.

The candidate will be part of a creative team of 30 people in the London studio, where strategy, brand, digital and motion collaborate closely on each project.

Your Responsibilities

– You generate excellent digital ideas and know how to articulate them expertly both visually and verbally. You run creative catch-ups and idea generating sessions to actively increase the quality of thought in your team.

– You spend a significant amount of time designing, have a strong understanding of, and can create briefs for: accessibility, animation, development, UX and UI. You can compose all of these components into complete world-class brand-led digital experiences, inspire and lead others to the same result, and practically support their design where needed.

– You collaborate closely with the team around you, learning from them and supporting junior staff. You are able to follow direction from the senior team.

– You can construct client presentations, present work eloquently, and shape meeting sessions based on the client’s feedback to get to the right solution.

– You assist with and can translate our immersion and strategic phases, as well as our brand identity work, into digital products.

– You demonstrate a deep knowledge of branding and and the digital applications within it. You help recommend appropriate development partners and suppliers. You consistently deliver work for the most impactful companies of today and the founders defining tomorrow.

– You demonstrate ownership of your role and can both take and action feedback from your manager to progress within it and beyond.

– You have a strong awareness of the time required to complete design tasks. You are able to successfully manage your own time, calendar and meetings.

– You have a willingness to work in person in our London studio and are open to travel globally.

– You have a great understanding of Figma, HTML, Javascript, Illustrator.

Note: a minimum of 4 days per week are required in their London studio.

If that's you, we'd love to hear from you.

Be assured we will reply to each and every application.
