Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE) + Bonus Opportunities

About Us:
We are a boutique, London-based post-production studio specialising in high-end retouching and CGI. Our creative team thrives on delivering exceptional work for a variety of prestigious clients.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Producer / Account Manager to join our talented team and manage projects from concept to completion.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in managing retouching and CG projects within the creative sector.
You’ll work closely with both our clients and in-house creative teams to deliver outstanding results, ensuring smooth project workflows and excellent communication every step of the way.
We are looking for an exceptionally organised, self-motivated, and level-headed individual with a calm, efficient approach to problem-solving. You should be a strong communicator who can juggle multiple tasks and quickly adapt priorities as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the industry, an eye for detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. You’ll need to be experienced in interpreting complex briefs and liaising effectively between clients and the creative team.
We’re looking for someone who is confident, personable, and able to build lasting client relationships, while seamlessly integrating into our tight-knit team.
A creative mindset is also essential, as you’ll be responsible for keeping our social media channels fresh and updated with recent work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships, managing expectations effectively and identify opportunities for new business.
• Project Coordination: Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Manage the studio’s job schedule and calendar, coordinating tasks across multiple time zones with confidence.
• Team management: finding, booking and managing freelance resources.
• Budgeting & Financials: Scope and quote new projects, negotiate budgets, manage invoicing, and contribute to financial forecasting. Ensure projects remain on track and within budget.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our Creative Team to ensure briefs are interpreted accurately, and that client objectives are met while maintaining the studio’s creative standards.
• Social Media & Marketing: Help showcase the studio's work by updating and maintaining our social media channels. Collaborate on content creation and keeping platforms fresh and engaging.
• Administration & Organisation: Handle general studio administration, manage resource booking, asset tracking, assisting with ad-hoc marketing and admin tasks , and ensure files are archived and backed up correctly. Coordinate couriers and deliveries as needed.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 4 years working as a Producer, Project Manager, or Account Manager in a creative agency or post-production environment.
• Creative Process Knowledge: Solid understanding of the creative production process in retouching and CGI.
• Communication Skills: Impeccable verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable liaising with clients and working with creative teams.
• Organisational Expertise: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent time management and ability to prioritise conflicting tasks. Experience in planning and booking resources and tracking assets from and to clients.
• Tech Savvy: Competent with office software (MS Office, Excel, Monday.com), and ideally basic knowledge of Photoshop.
• Financial Acumen: Confident managing budgets, invoicing, basic bookkeeping and financial reporting.
• Team Player: Collaborative and personable, with the ability to work effectively with different personalities in a close-knit team.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensuring that every aspect of a project is handled with care.
• Additional Skills: Basic knowledge of Photoshop would be advantageous. A keen interest in learning new software and systems.
