Job Description
To support our growing teams at FIELD.IO and FIELD.SYSTEMS, we are looking for a Talent Manager (m/f/d) with substantial experience in recruiting across design, code, and experiential roles. Freelance, part-time or full-time. London, Berlin, or remote.
We are looking for a people person, talent spotter and networking witch (or wizard), to help us make the next step of growth, to nurture our beloved team, and to continuously tend to our roster of freelance talent, production partners, and universities.
The Role
In this role you will not only be owning all processes around recruitment, contracting, and networks, but also establish new routines for onboarding, reviews, teambuilding, professional and personal growth – a chance to make a substantial contribution to our culture.
Your challenge is to seek, energize, bring on board and keep happy the very best talent in our niche of the creative industry:
- CG digital imagemaking + motion design
- creative code / creative technology, realtime game engines
- interaction and experience design
- front-end / back-end / full stack developers, web technologies
- speculative design, design research and innovation
You will be working closely with the founders, the Heads of Production and the Creative Directors to identify short-term needs and long-term strategies, and be in close contact with the entire team to support their work and wellbeing with an open ear, an eye for potential, and with new ideas and impulses.
