The Role
As Creative Partnerships Manager you are an ambassador for the work and culture of Art&Graft.
Helping to foster relationships with brands across the world and playing a key role in all our communications. Your key areas of focus are New Business and Social/Marketing.
This role is open to all levels, from Junior through to Senior.
This could either be one of your first jobs in the industry and an incredible opportunity to learn a birds-eye view of the sector, or you could come with years of experience and the skills to power up all of the tasks and areas of interest outlined below.

Art&Graft is an independent team of talented & ambitious creative minds crafting distinctive visual campaigns for the world’s most progressive brands, including Apple, Google, Facebook, Amazon & Virgin Media.
We believe in the power of collaboration and work closely with brands and in-house creative teams all around the globe from our east London studio.
We’re looking for a driven and proactive Creative Partnership Manager to join our team of multidisciplinary creatives and producers.
Who You Are
- You are a self-starter, a natural communicator, highly organised and passionate about the industry and creative process.
- Great communication skills and a brilliant relationship builder;
- An exceptional writer - able to adapt to clients whilst retaining an authentic brand voice.
- Passionate about the creative industry and animation in particular; tenacious in doing the best job for the client.
- Excellent self-organisation and time management; can cope with a number of sometimes conflicting tasks at the same time.
- Comfortable working as part of a team; you are able to deal with conflict effectively.
What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for drumming up New Business at Art&Graft by:
- Researching new business leads at targeted companies and industries whilst always proactively searching for new potential sources of work.
- Reaching out to new leads on a daily basis on LinkedIn and email and setting up meetings.
- Account Management. Fostering long term relationships with clients, keeping in touch throughout the year and searching out new opportunities for collaboration.
- Keeping our CRM Database up to date with this information.
- Always proactively searching for new potential sources of work
- Working alongside Head of Production and CD to pitch ideas for clients based on research of their business and marketing content.
You will also be responsible for creating Marketing and Social content at Art&Graft through:
- Developing, writing and sending all newsletters and tracking their effectiveness
- Working alongside the leadership team to foster relationships in the press and look for opportunities for articles featuring Art&Graft
- Writing press releases
- Writing copy and collecting content for new internal and commercial projects for the website, and socials in collaboration with the CD and ECD
- Proactively seeking new potential talks the Art&Graft team could give at festivals around the uk and world
- Publicising any Art&Graft talks
- Organising (or potentially producing dependent on skillset) photographic and video content for PR purposes.
- Distributing media packages of new releases to our reps in US and China
- Being an active presence on LinkedIn, sharing our work and engaging followers
