Creative Strategist

We’re looking for a strategist to join our team to deliver on projects that span insight, brand, experience and design for the world’s biggest brands.
The ideal candidate is someone who’s great at bridging the gap between strategic thinking and design doing — someone who enjoys both figuring out what to do and how to do it.
Ideally you
- Have a thirst for knowledge
- Have a passion for current trends and contemporary culture
- Are great at simplifying, structuring and explaining
- Are collaborative, influential and love working hand in hand with other creative disciplines
- Have a sharp eye for evaluating creative work
- Have strong written skills and are a confident and concise presenter
- Can explain design to non-designers
Your typical day might include
- Discovering trends and insights that inspire and provoke
- Defining brand and design strategy for global brands and products
- Identifying ownable creative territories and crafting the narratives that bring them to life
- Developing propositions, principles and creative positioning for brands
- Building clear structures and frameworks to help inspire and guide brand and design work
- Be a part of setting up and facilitating collaborative workshops
- Delivering presentations that inspire, convince and compel
This role requires
- Relevant experience in a creative or strategic discipline
- Experience gained in a fast-paced creative agency
- Experience contributing creatively to multiple projects
- Experience of working directly with clients
- Knowledge of 2D design software (Adobe, Keynote, etc.)
- The ability to work in our London studio for at least 2 days a week (up to 3 days remote)
