Are you ready to dive into the world of creative hospitality? We have teamed with a globally renowned company, known for their innovative approach to entertainment and unforgettable experiences. We have a brand-new opportunity for a Dressing & Production Team Lead. You will sit within the Creative + Production teams and be the perfect blend of both to bring visuals to life in the form of physical spaces.

The role:

-Mentor + Lead. Overseeing a talented team formed of 4 direct reports, keeping them on task, motivated and inspired.

-Creative Planning. Including creating/ development of exciting concepts and documents for new venues + refreshing current locations

- Dressing. You will be the visionary behind the décor, installations + those finishing touches that makes each experience and venue memorable, and a place people want to visit time and time again.

-New Venues. You will work alongside a team on interior Designers to dream up all of your wildest visions to create incredible spaces (the wilder the idea the better)

-Budget. Ensuring you are on budget at every step of the project.

-Smart Buying: Take charge of the buying calendar and organize buying trips.

-Inventory Management: Stay on top of stock, storage, and spending with clear reporting and reconciliation.

-Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the warehouse team to make sure everything flows seamlessly.

You:

-Experience within a leadership and team management role

-A background in Visual Merchandising or Prop Setting

-A creative thinker who thrives on juggling multiple projects and deadlines.

-Excellent communication skills and a knack for building strong relationships.

-Experience working with suppliers, managing creative studio processes, and overseeing large-scale projects.

-Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, and SketchUp (bonus points for this one!).

-A passion for delivering excellence and a proactive problem-solver mindset.

Please note this a fulltime role and you will be required onsite 4 days per week
