The Role:

As a Midweight Strategist, you’ll play a critical role in shaping brand narratives and ensuring our clients’ strategies evolve with consumer trends. This role is about thinking big and executing effectively, bridging long-term brand direction with short-term impactful moments.

You will work across two core areas:

Brand Strategy & Big Thinking:

• Lead master strategies that define a brand’s overall direction, ensuring alignment across social, content, and production.

• Develop ‘Big-Step Thinking’ every quarter—helping brands set a tone for the months ahead by analysing cultural shifts, customer behaviour, and wider trends.

• Work closely with our social and production teams to translate big ideas into executable, high-impact brand moments.

• Be the strategic voice across client projects, ensuring ideas and creative execution align with overarching business goals.

Client Management & Coordination:

• Act as a trusted partner to clients, understanding their short-term and long-term objectives.

• Work alongside the Design, Production, and Social teams to ensure seamless execution of creative ideas.

• Be a key liaison, ensuring strategy is informed by real-time audience insights, brand performance, and cultural relevance.

• Support business development by helping to pitch new clients and expand existing relationships.
