We are looking for a Designer, who has the ability and interest to fulfill the role of Marketing Associate, primarily focusing upon Graphic Design and Brand Management. They will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, planning long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines, and changing needs.

Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns, a strong ability in graphic design and/or illustration, a curiosity about marketing statistics, and an aesthetic mindset.

Job Responsibilities

Graphic Design - Utilise graphic design software to create visually appealing and cohesive marketing materials, including digital and print collateral. Combine creative design expertise with marketing strategy to produce eye-catching visuals for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, and other marketing channels.

Campaign Development & Execution - Collaboration with cross-functional teams, primarily the Investor Relations team, to conceptualise and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with campaign goals, business objectives, and brand guidelines. Collaborate with external design agencies or freelancers as needed.

Content Creation - Produce engaging materials that effectively communicate key messages to the target audience. Collaborate with content creators to enhance the visual appeal of written content. Maintain the logo and style guide for the Firm’s brand.

Digital Marketing - Design compelling visuals for digital marketing channels, inclusive of newsletters and email templates. Optimise visuals for various platforms and user experiences.

Brand Management - Play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the brand image through visually consistent and compelling designs, ensuring that all elements align with the established brand guidelines.

Regulatory Compliance - Stay informed on financial regulations and compliance requirements relevant to visual elements in financial marketing. Ensure all design materials adhere to legal and regulatory guidelines.

Skills and Requirements

Degree, or college diploma, holder in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Professional experience and ability in Graphic Design for Marketing, Content Creation and Media, preferably in the financial services industry.

Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, and other content management software.

Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and previous marketing materials.

Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.

Excellent communication and analytical skills, with very good attention to detail.

Entrepreneurial drive, as well as commercial awareness and acumen.

Enthusiastic, creative, and innovative; think out-of-the-box.

Highly organised with a results-oriented mindset; ability and appetite to learn quickly in a pressured environment.
