Supporting the marketing and business development strategies across our architectural, interiors and planning disciplines. The role works alongside our Marketing Manager supporting the RJ Management team.

You’ll get the opportunity to work on the development and exploration of the recent rebrand, evolve the company’s social media presence.. Working with the internal marketing team, you’ll act as a brand guardian and support the business on delivering their proposition in a consistent and inspiring way.

The role will involve the regular production of pitch and project documentation along with working with producing integrated campaigns, managing the website, infographics, social assets and other additional collateral (events invites, email designs, marketing brochures). With experience working in an internal studio environment, we’re looking for a detail orientated designer who is confident working collaboratively with both internal clients and the wider marketing and directorial team. Working on a range of projects simultaneously, we’re looking for someone with great time management skills who can confidently hit deadlines and deliver outstanding work.

THE ROLE

  • 2 1/2 days a week
  • Location of work - Oval SW8
  • Opportunity for flexibility throughout the week for days worked – depending on workload and deadlines
  • Flexibility for remote working subject to studio based requirements
  • Salary £35 – 40K pro rata

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Excellent creative and innovative design skills
  • Passionate about design, brand, architecture and the built environment
  • Strong work ethic
  • Strong layout design skills/producing presentations and documentation
  • Have expert working knowledge on Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Adobe CC Library management
  • Confident with animation (After Effects)
  • Image Artworking and image library management skills
  • Confident using Wordpress
  • Confident using HubSpot
  • Confident making marketing collateral across platforms
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Confident at presenting ideas and work in a professional manor
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Be a confident and creative problem solver
