Job Description

We’re looking for a fantastic senior brand designer with experience in design for spatial environments to join our creative team in London.

Are you eager to join a team that creates work with purpose and impact, collaborates with leading brands, and sees the results in cities across the world?

We believe in fostering an environment where people feel challenged and stimulated, with great support. We’re looking for a senior graphic designer with strong brand identity experience, who is ambitious, eager to learn, and brings great energy to the studio.

We’re proud to be a female-founded business where women make up over half of the team.

Role

As a senior designer, your role will be to lead design projects, combining rigorous craft with enthusiasm to deliver work on time and to the highest standards. You will be deeply involved at every stage of a project, liaising with all departments in the studio to ensure that design and strategy align to create compelling solutions.

You’ll be part of a design team that regularly seeks your guidance. You should actively mentor others, understand their needs, and articulate feedback succinctly to foster their development.

With powerful ideation and a limitless creative approach, you will constantly explore ideas, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes while identifying when to push projects forward.

You will be required to create a variety of presentations, ranging from persuasive pitch decks that sell strategic concepts to detailed specification documents at the artwork stage.

As a client-facing member of the design team, you will regularly present to clients and confidently express the value of design beyond visual qualities.

As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to set an example by maintaining professionalism and a positive outlook. You should maintain an active interest in design and communication, understanding its potential to contribute to your professional development.

Expectations

With at least 5 years of industry experience, your design ability is clear — powerful and beautifully crafted. Your portfolio showcases a varied range of brand identity projects, consistently delivering exciting and effective output.

Your responsibilities include ensuring that project timelines and schedules are met effectively from a design perspective, always delivering on time.

You should contribute to a project as a whole, conduct research, and provide support from initial phases through to delivery.

To ensure coherent storytelling, you should be able to plan a narrative and structure presentations accordingly.

Effective communication is vital. You should confidently discuss your design within the internal team and articulate the rationale behind those decisions. You will also present your work to clients, discussing specific components of the projects you are working on.

Being comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback is crucial for the team's improvement. Feedback should never be purely negative. Be willing to accept feedback on creative issues, implement changes, and confidently suggest alternative solutions.

You should be skilled in Adobe CC and Figma. Experience in After Effects and Cinema 4D/Blender is a bonus.
