About the role

The business is seeking a dynamic and passionate designer to join its creative team, taking a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s next phase. In this role, the designer will bring fresh perspectives and take ownership of the brand’s visual identity, working across multiple touchpoints—from seasonal campaigns and social media content to outdoor advertising and UX collaboration.

This role offers the chance to work on a variety of high-impact projects, with the opportunity to see the results of these contributions from day one. As a key member of the Creative Studio, the designer will join a talented team dedicated to supporting meaningful connections through beautiful, thoughtful design.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the role will work closely with the Growth team, including the Growth Lead, CRM Lead, UX Designer, Social Media Manager, and external agencies.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve the brand’s guidelines and design language across all channels.
  • Create seasonal assets for products, including developing assets for the website, app, and CRM (e.g., email templates and banner designs).
  • Develop and modernise design templates for social media, paid ads, and influencer content.
  • Craft key visuals for the website homepage, outdoor ads, posters, and vouchers.
  • Produce and create video animation assets for social media and paid advertising.
  • Collaborate with UX and product teams to enhance the entire ecosystem.
  • Actively contribute ideas and proactively explore ways to advance the creative direction.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • 1–5 years of multidisciplinary graphic design experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to create impactful designs for B2C audiences; motion graphics experience is a plus.
  • A passion for refining your craft and a commitment to detail.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • More than an executor—you’re proactive, enthusiastic, and skilled at managing stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong communication skills, a growth mindset, and a proactive team presence.
  • A can-do attitude and passion for supporting meaningful connections on a global scale.
