WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

As a key member of the team we expect you to be fully comfortable working from concept through to creative execution, contributing to meetings and sharing thoughts and ideas. You’ll be working alongside the design and creative directors on projects across multiple accounts.

Design is your passion and you’re willing to try something different, be confident and bring clarity of thought. You’ve been working at a brand agency for 5+ years and want to be given the opportunity to be heard and make a real difference. We expect you to be entrepreneurial and a problem solver thinking strategically to deliver brilliant solutions that are on brief.

Becoming part of a growing agency is a great challenge and an opportunity. You’ll be at the heart of the creative process collaborating with the team to create great work. You’ll contribute to projects across brand creation, rebrands, campaigns and other challenges.

You will be:

• Self-motivated and proactive
• Able to develop concepts from brief to completion
• Experienced with 5 years working in a design/branding studio
• Eager to take on new challenges
• Confident in yourself and articulation
• Design focused, ideas driven and a clear thinker
• Brave, always looking at new ways to answer the brief
• Dedicated to creating stand out work and have an eye for detail
• Great with creative suite, motion software experience is a bonus
• A bringer of great energy & be fantastic with clients
• Eager to build on MR.D’s brand awareness
• Keen to contribute to the studio culture
