Middleweight Digital Designer

What we’re looking for…

An experienced digital designer with a great understanding of UX/UI, who effortlessly blends creative and strategic thinking to create visually engaging and user-friendly digital experiences.

You’ll play a key role in elevating our digital outputs at every stage. Working closely with the creative team to bring your digital expertise to everything we do.

Applicants must have an eye for great design, a technical mindset and a valued interest in the world of digital. You should have your finger on the pulse for current and emerging technologies as well as design patterns and trends in the world of web.

Skills / Experience:

Experience - 3+ years of experience in a design role with a strong focus on digital design. You are self-motivated, curious, and take the initiative to drive projects forward. Equally comfortable working independently or collaboratively within a team.

Technical skills - You are highly skilled in Figma, able to confidently deliver sitemaps, wireframes, high fidelity prototypes and interactions. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Motion skills are a bonus.

Creative thinking - Embrace a bold approach to design, fearlessly challenging norms and championing unconventional ideas. Don't be afraid to think outside the box and suggest daring, innovative solutions.

Confident in presenting, selling work, and dealing with feedback - You articulate your thoughts and concepts with confidence, clarity, and ensure that your ideas are well-received and understood by colleagues and clients. You effectively present your design choices and rationale, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

Design skill + craft - You uphold high standards in design craft. Have a strong eye for detail and a very good understanding of typography and layout.

Organisation + project management - Alongside your team, you have a good understanding of deliverables, timelines and key meetings.
