Senior Account Manager
Job Description
This is a hybrid based role – we’re based at our studio in Primrose Hill on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday and we work from home on Monday & Friday each week.
We are a London-based comms agency on the hunt for a talented Senior Account Manager to join our multi-disciplined and growing team. This role at Otherway is fundamental for the smooth running of projects and delivery of briefs on time and on budget, whilst building strong and positive client relationships.
Our clients range from start-ups to established global brands across a broad range of categories, and our work varies across design, digital and advertising.
Key Responsibilities
1: Building and Maintaining Client Relationships
Earn the trust of clients - Build a strong rapport with them and take responsibility for the day-to-day client-agency relationship.
2: Quality Control for each Project
Uphold creative/design quality - Ensure lead design and creative teams are in the right meetings at the right moments to ensure the highest possible creative outputs. Work with AD, MD or Partners to ensure work meets the client’s brief but also that we are pushing back on feedback when it makes sense and at the right times.
3: Building and Maintaining Internal Relationships
Be a team player - Building and maintaining strong working relationships across every discipline within the agency. Checking in with anyone you are working with regularly to ensure you’re all aligned. Always look to back up and support other members of the team.
4: Organisation and Project Management
Process management - Know the Otherway way of running projects inside and out, and work with the broader project teams to ensure best practices for each brief.
Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ensure top-notch phone, email and zoom manner, bringing clarity and stability to projects via all comms.
