Senior Designer
Job Description
If you would like to work in a small team, on a wide range of mostly branding projects, from tiny start-ups through to mahoosive global businesses - get in touch.
You'll take your senior skills further, faster. You'll be pushing your creative edge, your business skills, and your client skills. You are likely coming from an established agency, with a portfolio that shows confidence and intelligence. You like words. You are interested in making stuff move, digitally. You follow cool agencies on Insta. You'll have a branding project shown as a purely 'type-only' smart-arse statement in all-caps on a street poster mock-up, with a blurry person walking just in front of it. You'll also have a beautiful identity in the bag that's the lovechild of the LSO and FedEx logos. You can start on Monday if you then show us a keen eye of typography and your Jedi-level Adobe skills.
Sincerely, we do good stuff, want everyone to develop, enjoy what they do, and keep projects simple and straightforward. We ask for both independence, and a willingness to team-up. You've got no ego and will happily swing from leading a massive rebrand presentation, to helping someone find an image, or crank through making some brand guidelines, or doing a bit of colour accessibiliy grunt work.
We default to the office but we flex. We have perks like the Leon coffee thing, and gym membership. The radio is on. The kettle is rarely anything less than red hot.
You are very likely at least 4-5 years experienced. You probably have a Graphic Design degree. You might be entry-level Senior. You might be nudging DD level. It's hard to say.
