The Opportunity

Joining a highly talented team, this is an opportunity to take your experience to the next level. You’ll continue to learn and develop your knowledge and expertise in all phases of the design process and be a key contributor to client projects through your strong conceptual and creative point of view.  We’re looking for someone who is established at midweight level and can demonstrate conceptual ideas, strategic thinking and exceptional craft through the exciting projects you’ve worked on so far.  We’d love you to have worked on a broad range of client projects that include a nice combination of branding, digital and art direction.  In return, you’ll work closely with the team to create some truly compelling and inspiring work that you’ll be proud of.

The ideal candidate

An established mid-weight with some impressive studio experience under their belt already.

Is confident articulating their creative point of view in team sessions and client presentations.

Can work competently across multiple workstreams and prioritise their time efficiently.

Is conceptual and strategically minded but craft-led at the same time.

Has worked on multi-faceted branding projects with a high level of craft and execution.

Quickly cultivates both internal and external partnerships to achieve the best outcomes.
