We are looking for a Midweight Digital Designer to join and support the Art team on a fixed term maternity cover. The desired candidate must be hardworking, pro-active, initiative driven and possess strong communication skills. The business is fast-paced and the person we are looking for will be comfortable working in an environment that is both challenging and exciting.
In this role you will be working closely with both the Head of Art, whilst also working closely with other departments on a day-to-day basis. You will be working for one of the worlds most ethical and sustainable fashion companies in our North-West London studio and you will be supporting the Head of Art across all online touch points.

Duties and responsibilities to include the following:
· Development and creation of weekly trading emails
· Design all segmented and target email campaigns
· Development and creation of weekly social media creatives
· Design weekly journal stories and SEO purposes stories
· Supporting the Head of Art across all online touch points, with regard for all devices including desktop, iPad, mobile
· Creating, supplying, and uploading creative for the eCommerce site on a daily/weekly basis
· Working closely with third party digital ad company to create content across various social media platforms
· Designing and maintaining the editorial content of the website so it is up to date with all new season launches
· Taking briefs directly from various internal departments and delivering timely results
· Conceptualising and creating new and inspiring content for the website and taking an active part in idea generation
· Cropping and resizing images for our website platform & 3rd party clients
· Managing the Still Life photoshoot from researching, creating briefs, product selections and working closely with our freelance still life photographer
· Website testing for monthly campaigns
· Providing support for offline design (print, ads, etc.) as required
· Reflect our brand values and to ensure consistent delivery of our visual message
· Keeping track of brand competitors
· Experience with video editing for web an advantage
We are looking for someone with the following attributes:
· Creative concepts must display a fashion sensitivity and demonstrate an understanding and respect for typography with a pixel level attention to detail
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in an online design role with specific expertise in email design, preferably for an eCommerce company
· Proficient with design tools Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge with experience of Indesign an advantage
· Knowledge of eCommerce retouching and colour correcting of product cutouts would be an advantage
· Knowledge of User Experience, HTML, CSS and ‘front end’ development software
· Team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
· Successful candidate will be someone who is highly organised, pro-active, competent and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
· Desire to learn new technologies
· Experience of responsive websites and advantages
Working Hours: generally 8:45am – 5:30pm
