Job Description
We are working with a multiple-award winning design & creative agency with a global expertise in branding. They are looking for a Senior Designer to join their team in London.
They are looking to find a Senior Designer with great experience working across branding, packaging and importantly toolkits. They would also love to see examples of standout work across Alcohol focussed projects, with any FMCG being a bonus.
About the Role: As a Senior Designer, you will work on a variety of 2D design projects, including packaging, brand experiences, toolkits, and activations. You will be involved in the full creative process, from ideation to visualisation and delivery, collaborating with the wider team to bring innovative ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ideation: Contribute to and drive the ‘big idea’ on large-scale projects.
• Creativity: Deliver conceptual work of the highest standard.
• Project Delivery: Organise activities and manage project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
• Communication: Maintain consistent and effective communication with the project team.
• Mentoring: Inspire and nurture designers, offering guidance both personally and professionally.
• Best Practice: Ensure designers are integrated and focused, working closely with senior creative leadership.
• Awareness: Keep senior management and client servicing teams informed of design-related issues.
