Anagram is a creative studio that helps brands catch eyes, win minds and sway hearts.

We're looking for a Junior Project Manager who's happy to get stuck into projects and help the studio create stand-out work. You'll be a resourceful team player who is excited by new challenges and loves the opportunity to deliver projects through smart thinking, meticulous planning and a hands-on approach. You understand that not all projects are the same and can easily adapt your approach depending on the size or pace of the work.

Role Description:

  • Responsible for the initiation of projects and their day-to-day supervision – keeping them on strategy, on time and on budget
  • Ensuring expectations are set and understood by the client and all agreed deliverables are achieved
  • Responsible for internal processes, timings, scheduling, briefing creative, artwork, amends, approvals and finance
  • Identifying, communicating and escalating any issues like project delays and cost over-runs
  • Seeking new in-project opportunities to organically grow accounts
  • Attending internal and external meetings and taking notes when required
  • Attending shoots and managing edits
  • Managing our monthly marketing schedule with contributors to ensure our website content is up-to-date and working hard
