About the Company

We’re an exciting new entrant in the self-care and wellness industry, ready to shake things up with an innovative, science-backed approach. While we’re keeping the full details under wraps for now, our brand is set to disrupt the market with a bold, modern take on everyday rituals.

With strong retail partnerships already secured, our mission is to build a direct-to-consumer (DTC) presence that becomes a cultural movement. Think sexy, cool, and deeply relevant to the Gen-Z and Millennial audience.

This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground level of something truly transformative. If you’re passionate about social media, growth, and creating scroll-stopping content that’s as impactful as it is on-brand, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can turn our vision into an authentic, thriving online presence. This role isn’t just about posting pretty pictures (though we love those too); it’s about creating a social media strategy that balances brand integrity with measurable growth.

You’ll collaborate with the founder, Digital Growth Manager, Lead Graphic Designer, and our PR agency to craft content, engage our community, and drive the kind of meaningful growth that gets people talking. With the freedom to experiment and a team committed to building something special, this is a role where your creativity and ambition can shine.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy that aligns with the brand’s voice, values, and business objectives, driving measurable growth in key areas like engagement, follower acquisition, and customer retention.

• Daily Management:

• Oversee all social media channels, including content planning, posting, and community management, ensuring a consistent, on-brand presence.

• Create or adapt content using tools like Canva when needed, and optimise posts for maximum reach and engagement.

• Content Creation & Campaigns:

• Collaborate with the Lead Graphic Designer to create visually stunning, on-brand content that captures attention and drives action.

• Commission videographers/photographers to produce high-quality content for brand activations and key marketing moments.

• Work with the PR agency to amplify campaigns, product launches, and key events, ensuring alignment with overall brand messaging and goals.

• Growth & Engagement:

• Drive social media growth by actively identifying and executing on strategies to increase followers, engagement rates, and community interaction.

• Harness the power of paid partnerships, influencer collaborations, and viral campaigns to scale brand visibility and loyalty.

• Leverage cultural trends and topical conversations to create relevant, shareable content that enhances brand relevance and boosts organic growth.

• Paid Partnerships & Collaborations:

• Leverage a strong marketing budget to identify and collaborate with key ambassadors and content creators who authentically align with our brand.

• Build and manage meaningful paid partnerships with influencers, events, and creative activations that resonate with our target audience and drive both awareness and engagement.

• Analytics & Reporting:

• Regularly track, analyse, and report on social media performance, using insights to refine strategies and improve key metrics.

• Monitor audience feedback, sentiment, and trends, making data-backed decisions to continuously evolve the brand’s social media presence.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience growing social media channels for a brand (bonus points for startups or wellness/beauty industries).

• A knack for storytelling and a sharp eye for content that resonates with a Gen-Z/Millennial audience.

• Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and tools.

• Familiarity with Canva or similar tools for light content creation.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• A balance of creativity and data-driven thinking.

• Passion for wellness, self-care, and creating a brand with cultural impact.

What We Offer

• Opportunity to join a rapidly growing brand in its beginning stages and play a key role in shaping its digital presence/strategy.

• A supportive and collaborative team environment. Flexible working.

• 26 days holiday not including public.

• Competitive salary and benefits.
