Job Description

Prodigy is a brand within the food sector, driven by a mission to inspire positive change in both society and the food industry. In recent years, we've experienced remarkable growth which encompasses both our thriving e-commerce presence and our expansion in-store.

Our brand operates as a Social Enterprise, proudly holding B Corp Certification. Our commitment extends beyond profits; we aim to operate for the benefit of both the planet and society upholding the highest standards of governance.

The Role

We are on the lookout for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to become an integral part of our growing team at Prodigy HQ, in Battersea. We're searching for a top-performing individual to spearhead our digital marketing and e-commerce strategy, driving the expansion of our brand's presence.

In this role, your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of our online presence. Your primary objective: amplifying our brand's reach. This entails planning, executing and closely monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all online platforms.

We're on the hunt for an exceptional candidate with extensive experience in performance marketing and paid social media management. Beyond theory, we value practical expertise, especially within the realm of e-commerce-based businesses.

We're looking for individuals with a minimum of 4-5 years of full-time experience and a proven history of enhancing performance at every stage of the sales funnel.

You will have superb communication skills and a unique blend of interpersonal, analytical and creative talents. This role demands hands-on dedication, seamlessly transitioning between strategic planning and day-to-day execution. Experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector would be beneficial but is not integral.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all aspects of our digital presence, including various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest etc.), SEO, and Paid Media.

Collaborate with appropriate agencies to define target audiences for the brand and plan suitable campaigns.

Promote third-party content creation to enhance long-term brand awareness, fame, and tactical sales-driving initiatives, showcasing the brand's vision, exceptional taste, health benefits, and commitment to sustainability.

Supervise the planning and execution of essential paid social, PPC and retargeting campaigns, including budget management, aimed at acquiring new customers while maintaining acceptable acquisition costs, and driving improvements in conversion rate (CRO), average order value (AOV) and more.

Promote a culture of testing and continuous learning/refinement to enhance performance.

Establish targets for key metrics, analyse data, monitor performance and develop reporting mechanisms, while driving strategies to scale paid media campaigns.

Collaborate closely with key agencies, internal team members and customer contacts to maximise the impact of our online presence across various channels and customer segments.

Expand our existing CRM strategy to further segment, automate and refine our email marketing program, leveraging the Klaviyo platform to its fullest potential. The objective is to increase the size and lifetime value (LTV) of our customer database. This includes using Klaviyo's advanced features for email flows, segmentation, and email campaign management to create engaging and highly effective emails that resonate with our audience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Klaviyo and be proficient in using it to craft compelling email campaigns and flows.

Overseas our Shopify website, ensuring it operates at its highest potential. This includes updating content, blog posts and promotional messaging and while basic coding knowledge is not essential, it's considered a valuable skill. The candidate should be dedicated to enhancing the consumer experience and journey by applying insights gained from user interactions and feedback.

Demonstrated expertise in Amazon Seller Central, encompassing effective inventory management, strategic ad campaign optimisation and the consistent maintenance of peak performance for our Amazon presence. This includes a successful track record in devising and executing advertising campaigns to boost sales and ROI, as well as a deep understanding of Amazon's marketplace policies and guidelines to ensure our presence remains both compliant and competitive.

Implement SEO best practices to enhance Prodigy's organic and paid search rankings compared to competitors.

Prepare accurate reports and analyses of our marketing campaign performance, using gathered data to adapt and improve our strategies.

Identify and utilise various tools for designing and creating assets, including images, videos, GIFs, etc.

Collaborate with our team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
