Job Description

We are currently looking for a Project / Studio Manager that will be able to help liaise with both clients and internal processes. It’s a dual role, with focus both on day-to-day delivery of client work, including custom type projects, as well as the overall organisation the studio.

You’ll be our sole Project Manager, so this is an excellent opportunity to work closely with Directors and have a huge impact on projects with some of the most exciting agencies and brands in the world. For the right candidate, its also an opportunity to grow by helping us shape the Project Management function from scratch.

You will report into the Business Director, working closely with the Creative Director.

Your responsibilities:

— Manage projects from taking an initial briefing, to overseeing the production of work to delivering final assets. This includes:

  • Scoping out work, developing cost estimates and scopes of work
  • Developing and managing project timelines
  • Co-ordinating resource and flagging up freelance requirements
  • Helping manage day to day projects with proactivity and a positive outlook
  • Take responsibility for quality control on the jobs you are managing and ensure that always of the highest quality and on time

— Invoicing of managed jobs and communication with accounts to ensure invoices are paid on time

— Develop workflows and processes to ensure smooth collaboration between the team at the studio

— Organise meeting for key project stakeholders to ensure the richest and best results in all projects

— Work with our external suppliers to gain quotes, manage timescales and ensure delivery

— Customer service and support on our e-commerce store

— Working closely between the creative team and the creative director to efficient direction and workflow for each project

— Responsible for helping to manage the studio diary with both directors; including admin tasks

Skills/Experience/Knowledge/Interest needed:

— Around three years+ industry experience in a similar role, preferably in a design agency or similar (previous type experience not required).

— Be forward thinking and decisive

— Be friendly and personable

— Have a strong work ethic

— Brilliant verbal and written communication skills

— Applicants have regular accessibility to London and will be expected to work in our Islington office

— Dynamic and a team player

— Mac literate

— Knowledge of MS office and Adobe Creative Suite
